Immunology - "Immune Attack"

An instructional game currently under developement for teaching adolescents about immunology, including the cellular basis of the immune response and wound infection.

The game, tentatively called "Immune Attack," will incorporate the latest in gaming and educational technologies to provide students with a visually engaging simulation of the immune system, from cell to system levels. The technical framework will be based on the open source approach being developed in the Digital Human project, including a unified ontology spanning multiple levels of spatial organization and an integrated geometry based on accurate and validated morphological data.

Being developed by SimQuest with the Learning Federation and the Federation of American Scientists.
